TNN VIRAL

UK group Clean Bandit (comprised of Jack Patterson, Luke Patterson, Grace Chatto and Milan NeilAmin-Smith) are now having the last laugh as their single "Rather Be"  (video above) continues to climb the Billboard Hot 100. As the group produces their own music, which is described as "fusion" music, mixing electronic music with classical and deep-house elements, they initially were not taken seriously. Many record labels turned down signing them saying they were a "joke band."  Today, however, they are far from being a "joke." Their debut album "New Eyes," released in June earned them recognition in the UK with singles "Mozart's House" (peaked at #17 on UK singles charts) and "Rather Be" feat. Jess Glynne (topped the UK singles charts as their first #1).  The band is currently touring throughout Europe and have yet to announce any dates here in the US.
